Tip 1: Stick to it.

Stick to it. So… you decided to try KETO, or LOW_CARB or IF. Stick to it. It has only been 3 days and you want to change to another kind of diet and you wonder why dieting is not working? its only been 3 days?! You havent even experience DOMS fully yet. Stick to it. Real change happens over time. Everything takes a minimum of 10-14 days to fully see results.

Tip 2: Make it simple.

Simple is key. Simple is best. You want to go from eating at home every single day, cooking every single meal and on top of that no more carbs!? Man.. you are just making it extra hard for yourself aint you. Make it simple. So you decided to go keto, so you are going to make at least 1 meal a day keto-friendly. that’s a failproof plan when you focus on 1 meal a day and guess what? you can even cook extra and bam the next day your 1 a day keto-homecooked meal is ready!

Tip 3: Be Discipline

You made the chocie to make this lifestyle change and you have to stick to it, to prove to yourself that you got this and you can do this. Not just for a photoshoot, not just for a beach vacay coming up. FOR YOURSELF. and this is the biggest motivator that is fail proof. Doing it for a vacation and looking great on instagram can be great in that moment but when you make lasting change. it makes more of an impact long-term.
