This is not photoshopped. You CAN transform your body. You CAN build and shape muscles. You CAN be strong. You CAN achieve whatever your mind set out to do. Your weight does not define you. Believe me.

Results do not come from wanting it. Results comes from accountability and baby steps and committing to your goals everyday be it big or small. Making attainable goals in a set timed frame doesn’t hurt either. How badly do you want it? Most people fall off the bandwagon quickly not because they can’t do it but because they do not understand what it really takes to get there. its all about creating baby steps, staying committed and persevering through the process.

Believe it or not, I started lifting for about 2 years already in the picture on the left  but.. I could still barely do a back squat, my crossfit coach even laughed at me and told me to do yoga instead.

But Guess what!, I can do both now! I can lift and I can do yoga too. Everyday is still a learning process every time I hit the gym, listening to the body and getting enough sleep. I also never wanted to build muscles. I just wanted to be skinny and invisible but being skinny was exhausting. I didn’t eat properly neither did i eat enough.

Being skinny felt weak half the time and none of my clothes fit me the way they do now. i want to be strong and sexy at the same time. #strengthinfeminity

The fit athletic look  made me feel so much stronger from the inside out, everything changed forever. Learning the process to eat the right food, healthily and lifting weights properly. As you can see, it didn’t happen overnight. It took years to be where I am today and there’s still so much work to do. Perseverance and dedication is what makes you the winner not the medals. Trust the process. It isn’t always fun but it will be worth it. I promise you.
